The transaction was led by Cultivation Capital with participation from Hamilton Lane, Holekamp Ventures, Holton Capital Group, Rick Kushel (former CEO of iLevel Solutions), and Joe Maxwell (former CEO of Shareholder Insite).
Effective immediately, Rick Kushel will become CEO of DealCloud, further strengthening the current leadership team of Ben Harrison and Rob Cummings, both Co-Founders of the Company. Mr. Kushel has over 10 years of experience leading and serving in senior roles at software-focused companies in the private markets space.
